You’ll be the first voice potential customers hear, and the key player who keeps our sales pipeline moving, ensuring every lead gets prompt, professional attention.
This is not just a receptionist or customer support role — you’ll be a sales-minded relationship builder, managing inbound inquiries, making proactive follow-up calls, and ensuring our customers feel well taken care of throughout their journey with us.

Your Role at Handyman Connection

Convert Leads to Booked Jobs: Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on estimates, and proactively convert leads using scripts and best practices.

Outbound Sales Follow-Up: Call back pending leads, engage with past customers, and reconnect on unfinished estimates.

Manage Customer Relationships: Build rapport and be the go-to point of contact throughout the customer’s journey.

Own the CRM: Maintain accurate customer records, track follow-ups, and keep the sales pipeline organized.

Coordinate Schedules: Match the right craftsman to the right job and ensure smooth operations from booking to completion.

Deliver Great Customer Experiences: Address questions and concerns promptly, representing Handyman Connection with professionalism and care.

Support Craftsmen & Field Teams: Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure job readiness and efficient scheduling.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
✔️ Has Sales Skills: Comfortable following up, asking for the sale, and closing bookings.
✔️ Knows CRM Systems: Experience with tools like ServiceTitan, HubSpot, ClientTether, or similar is a plus (training provided).
✔️ Communicates Exceptionally Well: Great phone skills, friendly yet professional tone, and clear written communication.
✔️ Is Organized and Detail-Oriented: Loves maintaining a clean CRM, following up consistently, and keeping schedules tight.
✔️ Thrives in a Fast-Paced Role: Manages multiple priorities and loves the variety of customer engagement, sales, and coordination.
✔️ Is Self-Motivated: Takes initiative, meets goals, and stays productive without constant supervision.
✔️ Understands Customer Experience: A relationship-first mindset with a goal to maximize bookings and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Background
- 1+ years in a sales, customer success, or relationship management role.
- Experience in home services, construction, or remodeling industries is a bonus.
- Comfort using technology, email, phone, and CRM tools daily.
