Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople in various home improvement tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit project estimates and reports to management.
- Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during projects to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
