We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Installer with experience working with wood, vinyl, and chain link fencing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on installation experience, their own tools, and reliable transportation. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, mark, and layout fence lines accurately according to project specifications.
- Install wood, vinyl, and chain link fences, including gates and hardware, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Dig post holes and set posts securely with concrete.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Remove old fencing when required and prepare sites for installation.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project requirements and progress.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience installing wood, vinyl, and chain link fences.
- Must provide own tools required for fence installation.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to read and follow project plans, measurements, and instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a crew.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
